Neptune Beach Real Estate

Neptune Beach offers residents a quaint, coastal experience. The breezy beach community sits between Jacksonville and Atlantic Beach yet manages to carve out its own unique identity. That’s thanks in part to the laid-back atmosphere that pervades the small community.

Dan Wheeler built the Neptune Train Station in 1922 to make his work commute to Jacksonville a little easier. The city adopted its name from the station and has retained it ever since. Neptune Beach has slowly grown to a comfortable and diverse town full of things to do and places to visit.

But let’s start with the beautiful beach. Waves crest and crash along the shore all day, offering exceptional surfing. Meanwhile, the sand on the beach is packed quite tightly, making it perfect for cycling or an early morning run.

When you need a break from the beach, you’re not far away from more fun. Bustling nightlife is just a few miles down the road to the south in Jacksonville Beach while quieter shopping and dining destinations await to the north in Atlantic Beach. In Neptune Beach proper, you’ll even have access to the Beaches Town Center, a fantastic outdoor mall loaded with shops, hotels, and restaurants.

Though Neptune Beach is a small community, new residents are always welcome. Especially given the impressively diverse selection of homes for sale in the area. Cozy single-family homes with three to four bedrooms hit the market regularly alongside more lavish shorefront houses with upwards of six bedrooms. You can even find a luxurious condo for sale in Neptune Beach with stunning views of the ocean.
